The house: La Febró
An old converted watch tower known as the 'Torre de San Ramon' with stone walls and wooden beams. It has 3 storeys and a 'mirador'. There is also a converted barn enclosing a large multi- functional summer room. Both tower and annex are surrounded by a 1500m2 private garden and woods enclosed for child safety. Located at the edge of the village, the house offers peace and tranquility.
Characteristics
 The tower: 2 bedrooms; one double and one individual with bunk beds, bath, kitchen /dining/ living room with fireplace, wood, DVD and washing machine.
The annex: A large summer room with a small integrated kitchen, dining table, a sofa bed, and a fireplace. The room has a glazed enclosure looking onto the garden. There is also a garage/porch with a small barbecue.
The village: La Febró is a small village situated at 125 km from Barcelona, 45 km from Tarragona, 34 km from Reus (and its airport) and 40 km from Salou. It is in Ciurana river valley at 754m above sea level and in the very heart of the future Natural Park of the Mountains of Prades, an area of outstanding natural beauty and interest for its flora and fauna. The village consists of around 60 houses and although it only has 13 permanent inhabitants it fills with life when families with children return during the holiday periods.
Interesting towns and villages in the area
Prades at 8 km: Considered the capital of the Prades Mountains. It has all the services, a public swimming pool and a good selection of restaurants. Its surroundings offer marvelous excursions.
Capafonts at 8 km: Village situated on a hill top overlooking a large valley with a beautiful river with pools, ideal for bathing and a public swimming pool.
Ulldemolins at 24 km: At the foot of the Montsant mountain bordering the region of Priorat. It offers excursions along the Sierra de Montsant, good food, olive oil and a public swimming pool.
Cornudella at 30 km: Next to the lake of Ciurana with aquatic activities, also bordering the region of Priorat. It has wine and olive oil cooperatives.

Els Avencs: spectacular caves.
Els Gorgs: a series of beautiful cascades and pools, ideal for bathing with children.
Ciurana: The last Arab stronghold in Catalonia with panoramic views and a lake with aquatic activities such as kayaks and canoeing.
Sierra de la Musara: Rock climbing, the abandoned villages of Gallicant and La Musara with splendid views of the coast line.
La Forada: Natural stone arch.
El Tossal de la baltasana: the highest peak in the region.
Els Pics: a natural forest
El Pla de la Guardia: panoramic viewing platform near the Hermit of Abellera, situated on the cliff edge.

Reus: at 34 km, capital of Baix Camp, it offers a variety of art deco architecture.
Tarragona: at 46 km, declared Patrimony of
Salou: at 42 km, beaches in the Costa Dorada.
Port Aventura: at 40 km, one of the largest entertainment parks in Europe.
Priorat: at 30 km, one of the most important vine growing regions in Spain.
Barcelona: at 125 km.

From Tarragona: direction Reus, Falset, exit Maspujols. L'Aleixar - Vilaplana - La Musara - La Febró (1 hour)
From Barcelona: A2 highway then AP-7 highway, exit Montblanc. Follow N240 to Lleida. Past vimbodí – Exit Vilanova de Prades - Prades - La Febró (1 hour 50 mins)
From Zaragoza - Lleida: N-230 direction Tarragona. Exit Vilanova de Prades - Prades - La Febró
From Valencia: Reus, Falset, exit Maspujols. L´Aleixar - Vilaplana - La Musara - La Febró
