Blau Student Housing is a new residence with facilities opening in Barcelona in the summer of 2024. Blau are currently compiling a waiting list for when the building is finished and open.
The student accommodation is housed in a new purpose built building with common areas and facilities which include a roof top pool and terrace, restaurant, community room, TV area and study area, as well as a gym and cinema.
There are a variety of student accommodation to choose from (prices aren’t yet published on the website though). Choose from beds in shared accommodation (2 beds in one shared space), your own bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, your own single apartment or studio, etc. Some of the apartments also have their own private terrace.

The building is in Carrer Peru 110, which is in the Sant Martì district of Barcelona.
