Wagokoro

Japanse restaurant with regularly changing menu to match the seasons. A small restaurant serving delicious food.

Wagokoro specialises in the Japanese style of kaiseki cuisine (会 席) although in an informal way. The  chef prepares the  multi-course menu, which changes throughout the seasons depending on the products of each season, and prepares part of the menu in front of the customer at the bar.

The food presentation is simple but very elegant, true to the Japanese aesthetic tradition.

The original Japanese dishes presented with different menu items intend to be a presentation of the different shapes, styles and traditions of ceramics, porcelain, lacquer and bamboo elements used in Japanese cuisine.

Their goal is to present a small part of the long and vast Japanese culinary tradition in the purest style, offering a unique dining experience in Barcelona.
