Wagokoro specialises in the Japanese style of kaiseki cuisine (会 席) although in an informal way. The chef prepares the multi-course menu, which changes throughout the seasons depending on the products of each season, and prepares part of the menu in front of the customer at the bar.
The food presentation is simple but very elegant, true to the Japanese aesthetic tradition.
